Shipping policy

No address changes. If you request an address change of any kind your order will be canceled. Estimated processing time is 2 to 3 weeks, unless stated in the product description. Once processed, orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information to the email address used to place the order. Please check your spam folder if for any reason you did not receive an email after the following 3 business days of your purchased order. Muse Wear US orders deliver within 3-5 business days. Muse Wear Canada orders deliver within 7-14 business days.
